Shanna Geistwite,
Executive Director

Shanna has been the Executive Director since 2022. She is not new to the organization, her daughter, Elia, has danced with PRB since 2014 and continues to pursue her passion for ballet in the Pre-professional division. Caleb, her youngest, is enrolled in the Children’s Division. Shanna’s connection to PRB runs deep; her sister Devon danced at CDC in the early 1990s before it was PRB. Shanna was born in Camp Hill and attended Cedar Cliff High School. She graduated from Penn State University and spent 16 years as a women's health nurse before transitioning to a career in real estate. She currently still holds a real estate license She prepared for her new role by previously serving as a PTO officer and committee chair on various committees at her kids elementary school. Shanna has has spent over 7 years prior to securing this role as a valued member of our family volunteering backstage, organizing fundraising efforts, and serving as a regular patron of the arts. Her commitment to PRB stems from her passion for promoting nonprofit arts in local communities and broadening their reach to a larger platform.
