| Pre-Professional Division |
|
PRB’s pre-professional division continues the work of learning ballet technique. This division consists of Ballet I through IV, where students continue to perfect the basic ballet positions, progression of a standard ballet barre, the French vocabulary that is used in ballet class and move into centre work away from the support of the barre. Students move through these levels as their mind and body are able to assimilate the requirements, some staying in a level 2 years or more and some moving through much more quickly. They are moved to the next level at the discretion of the Artistic Director, the School Director and all faculty. Students in PRB’s pre-professional division are eligible to audition for The Nutcracker and are included in The Summer Concert. Pre-professional Division Schedule
